Not at all! Our Boxing 101 classes are beginner-friendly and tailored to accommodate all skill levels. Whether it’s your first time or you’re looking to refine your basics, our instructors are here to guide you at your own pace.
How often should I attend classes to see results?
For noticeable improvements in fitness, technique, and confidence, we recommend attending Boxing 101 classes at least 2–3 times per week. Consistency ensures steady progress and lasting results.
Will I learn practical self-defense skills?
Yes! Boxing 101 includes real-world self-defense techniques like effective striking, maintaining proper distance, evading attacks, and countering common threats. These skills are taught to build confidence and ensure you’re prepared for any situation.
What fitness level do I need to join?
No specific fitness level is required to start Boxing 101 — the program is designed to meet you where you are, with coaches adjusting intensity for beginners and more active members alike.
Are there any medical conditions I should be aware of before joining?
Boxing 101 is a high-intensity workout, so if you have a heart condition, joint or back injury, are pregnant, or have any condition that could be affected by vigorous exercise, we recommend speaking with your doctor before joining and letting your coach know so your training can be adjusted.

Boxing 101 runs on a biweekly membership of $70 + tax for unlimited boxing classes. New members can also start with two weeks for $49, with free gloves and wraps included.
