What You'll Build Every Session
Stronger Bodies
Compound lifts — squats, deadlifts, presses — build real-life strength that carries beyond the gym floor.
Better Conditioning
Structured lifting paired with boxing conditioning builds endurance that outlasts any single workout.
Faster Progress
Progressive overload built into every session ensures you keep gaining strength and muscle — no plateauing, no guesswork.

LIFT Frequently Asked Questions
What does a LIFT class at Box & Lift actually involve?
Each session is built around compound lifts — squats, deadlifts, presses — coached and corrected in real time. Every movement is planned and programmed for progressive overload. This is not a self-directed workout where you figure things out on your own.
How is this different from a regular gym workout?
Every session is instructor-led — your form is corrected, your programming progresses, and your coach is watching every rep. A regular gym workout is self-directed. This is not.
What should I wear?
Comfortable athletic wear and supportive indoor athletic shoes. No specific gear requirements beyond what you would wear to any strength training session.
